Refund and Exchange Policy for ACT MALL

At ACT MALL, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by offering a flexible exchange policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange, subject to the following conditions:


Conditions for Exchange

  1. Timeframe:
    Requests for exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Any requests beyond this period will not be entertained.

  2. Eligible Items:

    • Unwashed, unworn, incorrect, or defective items are eligible for exchange within the same brand (subject to stock availability).
    • Stitched items, including those customized for the customer, are not eligible for exchange or return.
    • Unstitched items that have been altered or stitched by the customer will also be ineligible for exchange, even in cases of missing pieces.
  3. Refunds and Credits:

    • Courier charges (domestic or international) are non-refundable.
    • Refunds will be issued as store credit, applicable only to the price of the returned item.
  4. Sale and Discounted Items:
    Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  5. Condition of Returned Items:

    • Items must be in their original condition, free from any washing, drying, staining, or damage.
    • We will not accept returns for items that have shrunk, discolored, or been damaged due to improper washing or drying practices.
    • ACT MALL is not liable for issues such as color bleeding, fading, or print damage caused by washing.
  6. Product Add-Ons:
    Accessories like matching trousers or dupattas are non-exchangeable.
